The Mississauga Halton (MH) Self Management Program is pleased to offer events for Health Care providers on further supporting Self Management Skills such as communication, behavior change theories and motivational interviewing. In the past the MH Self Management Program has supported a variety of Guest Speakers and hosted events such as Diversity and Inclusion and Health Literacy.

Choices and Changes Facilitation

Clinical Coaching
  • Work one on one with a Clinical Coach to improve health care communication skills within a health care setting
  • Coaching is offered by a skilled clinician in communication skills and mentoring
  • Identify areas of improvement, next steps and sustainability steps for enhancing self-management skills for clinicians within your organization

  • Creating a shared understanding of diversity and inclusion
  • Exploring concepts of power & privilege that impact everyday interactions
